Frank and the Community

Frank has committed himself to his community and to raising funds for charities, most recently he completed the most unlikely run, 106 miles non-stop run in 31 hours from Moonachine, NJ through northern NJ into Staten Island, NY, back into NJ and down through the Jersey Shore arriving in Seaside Heights, NJ. With the help of his family and dedicated friends and volunteers, they were able to complete the run and assist twenty families to recover from Hurricane Sandy. The annual 9/11 Remembrance Run begins in his hometown of Ridgewood, NJ to the World Trade Center (Freedom Tower) in New York City to raise money for different causes. Frank, along with members of his department worked at Ground Zero in the rescue and recovery effort. His commitment to the community, his Church and serving the public is well known since his first days as a new patrol officer. He has been responsible for several initiatives in Fairview and Bergen County. He is a dedicated public servant who has now committed his time to helping those most vulnerable and in need of assistance without the bureaucracy many people go through to receive assistance. The Run for Hope Foundation is his dream, a foundation built on the strength of individual conviction, perseverance, commitment and dedication to assist others in their time of need. Through this Foundation, others can become engaged to raise money for worthy causes that will make a difference in the lives of others. One person can make a difference! All you have to do is be committed to a cause and through running or walking you are showing you commitment to be involved through sacrifice of self. In a world where evil rears its ugly head far too often; we need to do positive things. The only way to combat and confront evil is by doing good for others.
